Our RTG pile driving equipment is highly complex technical machinery that is subjected to enormous loads in everyday operation on construction sites. With our RTG Pile Driver app, we aim to help you harness the benefits of this equipment safely and effectively.

This interactive application gives you two valuable components for operation and maintenance of your equipment:

Operator App

In the “Operator app”, you can interactively explore the operating features of the equipment and functions using the most common work process “Impact driving”.

The advantages for you:

  • Equipment operator has improved understanding of the equipment
  • Functional description of control elements in the operator's cab
  • Tutorial on impact driving methods

We provide this app free of charge to all our customers and partners.

Service App

In the “Service app”, all work steps from daily 10-hour maintenance to annual 2,000-hour maintenance are described using digital maintenance lists.

Navigation is provided on the screen. Each maintenance step and its required tool is described together with a quick guide, accompanying video and image material.

The advantages for you:

  • All required maintenance intervals can be accessed
  • Step-by-step tutorial with image descriptions and animation
  • Clear and comprehensible logs/documentation possible with images
  • Additional maintenance steps can be defined independently
  • Your maintenance work is logged according to the requirements of RTG GmbH and serves as a certificate for manufacturers and retailers
  • Independent planning of maintenance intervals
